The goal has always been to make Engage easy to use. By taking the course Certified Engage user, you will learn more about how to master its features. This, in turn, will make you excel in creating personal and relevant communication and customer journeys.

The first-level certification course in Voyado Academy covers the very basic and most useful parts of Engage, briefly introducing you to the most used parts—from how to navigate within the platform, via the contact card, to the filtering tool, campaign send-outs and reports.

We have minimized all thresholds for becoming a confident Engage user—the course is online based, free of charge, and available when you need it. Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll be awarded a diploma and your first valuable Voyado Engage certification to add to your LinkedIn profile.
