Allowlist in Staging

To communicate from a Staging environment, the specific email address or phone number you want to reach must be added to the allowlist.

It’s simple enough to add people to the allowlists.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Administration and choose Allowlist.

2. Select Allowlist-Email or Allowlist-SMS.

3. Click Add in the upper right corner.

4. Add one or up to 10 new email addresses/phone numbers at once by comma separation: address1@mail.com, address2@mail.com or +46798765432, +46712345678 etc.

5. Save by clicking OK.

To remove an email address or phone number, hover over it in the list and click the trashcan to the far right.
