How to export and import an automation workflow

Did you just build an automation in your Staging environment that you would like to activate in your production environment? Export your automation from one Voyado environment to another by using the Export and Import functionality.

Note: Only the structure of the automation and placeholders will be exported, no configuration or content will be included in the export, except time delays.

Make sure to create your content and set up labels in the destination environment to make the editing of the imported workflow easier when imported.

Export automation

To export an automation workflow, do the following:

1. Navigate to the workflow you want to export in Automations. The export can be done with an automation in any state such as Draft or Active. If exporting a specific version of an automation, the rest of the versions will not be included in the export.
