Retail KPIs 12 months report

The report presents current key figures as of today, as well as a comparison against the same time last month and year so that you can put the results in relation to something.

If you are a local administrator, you only see purchases from the customers’ preferred shop that you have access to.

How to read the report

Metrics Definition
Sales last 12 months Total amount for the receipts in the selection.
Average receipt in the last 12 months Average receipt for all receipts in the selection.
Purchases per shopping member

Number of receipts for a contact in the
selection. Receipts with only returns are
discarded when summarizing
the number of occasions.

Articles per purchase

Shows the number of unique articles per
purchase. An article with multiple article
numbers would therefore be counted as
multiple articles.

Active members in the last 12 months Number of members in the selection who
have shopped in the last 12 months.
Store purchases

Shows the share of shopping members who
made a purchase in a physical store
during the last 12 months. An
unknown amount of these customers
could also have made a purchase
online.

Online purchases Shows the share of shopping members who have
made an online purchase in the last 12
months. An unknown amount of these
customers could also have made a
purchase in a physical store.
Store and online purchases Shows the share of shopping members who
made a purchase both in a physical
store and online  during the last
12 months.
