When you navigate to Automations in the main menu, you can choose which automation list you want to open: Active, Finishing, Draft, or Archived. As you click on the desired option you land on an overview page with a list.

Sort the list

You can easily search for a specific automation or sort them (by clicking the drop-down list in the upper right corner) according to the following:

  • Name
  • Creation date
  • Activation date
  • Active contacts
  • Completed contacts
  • Last completed
  • Deactivation date
  • Last modified

Note: The criteria displayed in the menu depend on the current view: Active, Finishing, Draft or Archived.

How to read the automation list overview

Name and Description

Your automation should always have a unique name to make it easy for you to find it in the list. It’s also a good idea to write a short description of the purpose of it.

Last completed

This is the most recent date when a contact completed the last step of the specific workflow.

Activation date

The date when this specific automation was activated.

Completed

The total number of contacts who have completed the last step of this specific automation.

Active

The total number of currently active contacts in this specific automation.

Tags

This is where you see if the automation has a specific, or several, tags.
