Add conditional splits within a flow

The purpose of conditional splits within a flow is to create two possible directions based on a set condition.

Set criteria and route contacts in one of two separate directions based on whether the contact meets or does not meet the criteria you set. Here is an example of an automation where all customers that buy a ski-jacket gets a personal offer, a multi-channel promotion with 10% of all ski-pants. Here the Conditional split is used to send a reminder to contacts that has not yet redeemed their personal offer within 7 days.
