Note! These reports will be deprecated.
These reports will be deprecated on March 21, 2023. Going forward, we recommend you use the Customer base and Store report to better analyze the performance of your customer base.
This group of reports can be used to follow your customers' engagement levels and potential, as well as compare engagement levels between different segments. The reports present the most common key figures that you can follow over time. Therefore, start by choosing which time to measure in each report. If no selection is made, data for the current year will be displayed.
The report calculates which of your contacts have spent the most during a given period. Values for unverified and/or deleted members are not included.
You can filter the report on contact and article data and set threshold values to scale down the selection. The result is exportable and contains your 500 best members.
