This group of reports can be used to follow your customers' engagement levels and potential, as well as compare engagement levels between different segments.
The reports present the most common key figures that you can follow over time. Therefore, start by choosing which time to measure in each report. If no selection is made, data for the current year will be displayed.
Best customers
The report calculates which of your contacts have spent the most during a given period. Values for unverified and/or deleted members are not included.
You can filter the report on contact and article data and set threshold values to scale down the selection. The result is exportable and contains your 500 best members.

Purchases per store
The report shows the number of purchases per store and month regardless of which store is the customer’s preferred store. If you are a local administrator, you only see receipts belonging to your store(s). The report only shows those stores that have receipts linked to them.
You can filter the report on contact and store data.
Contacts per store
The report shows how many members have the respective store as their regular store. The report takes de-registrations/deletes into account and thus shows the current value.
Regulars per store
The report shows the number of customers who have a specific store as their regular store (all stores) and a graph of the ten most preferred stores by members. You can filter the report on contact and store data.
Visits per store
The report shows the number of visits per store and month. You can filter the report by contact and store data.
Total number of contacts
The report shows the monthly status of all verified members. The report contains data for the last year up to and including the previous day (total number of members, new recruits, drop-offs and the change in % for each month).
Are you a local administrator?
The report only shows contacts that are visible to the logged in administrator. If you are a local administrator, you can only see contacts that belong to your store(s) as the customer’s preferred store.
