This group of reports calculates the most common key figures that you should follow. You can use these to understand where special efforts need to be made or to follow up on what effect your customer processing has had on purchases, store visits or updating of contact information.

Retail KPIs 12 months

The report presents current key figures as of today, as well as a comparison against the same time last month and year so that you can put the results in relation to something. If you are a local administrator, you only see purchases from the customers’ preferred shop that you have access to.

Metrics Definition
Sales last 12 months Total amount for the receipts in the selection.
Average receipt in the last 12 months Average receipt for all receipts in the selection.
Purchases per shopping member

Number of receipts for a contact in the
selection. Receipts with only returns are
discarded when summarizing
the number of occasions.

Articles per purchase

Shows the number of unique articles per
purchase. An article with multiple article
numbers would therefore be counted as
multiple articles.

Active members in the last 12 months Number of members in the selection who
have shopped in the last 12 months.
Store purchases

Shows the number of members who
made a purchase in a physical store
during the last 12 months. An
unknown amount of these customers
could also have made a purchase
online.

Online purchases Shows the number of members who have
made an online purchase in the last 12
months. An unknown amount of these
customers could also have made a
purchase in a physical store.
Store and online purchases Shows the number of members who
made a purchase both in a physical
store and online  during the last
12 months.

Retail KPIs 12 months per store

The report is calculated in the same way as the previous report, but the results are broken down per preferred store. The results are shown in a list view and is not compared with the previous month or the corresponding month in the previous year.

Retail KPIs YTD

The report presents current key figures as of today, and a comparison with last year's end, so that you can see how far you have left to achieve similar results as last year.

Register status

The report is based on approved members. You get a quick overview of how your registry is doing, as well as how the key figures stand compared to the previous month and the corresponding month in the previous year. Follow the key figures carefully and insert targeted efforts to continually improve those who are below your target figures.

Recruitment tip! ⚡️

If the percentage of email addresses is low while the percentage of mobile numbers is high, you can use the mobile channel to recruit email addresses. Send out a text message with a link to the Voyado registration form and when the customer has filled in their address, an automation flow is triggered which, for example, hands out extra points or gives the customer a discount on the next purchase.

Metrics Definition
Number of members Shows the number of verified,
non-deleted, members today.
New members this month Shows the number of verified,
non-deleted, members recruited this month.
Active in the last 12 months Shows the proportion of members who are
active (active members/total number of
members). Active members are defined as
verified members who have a receipt from
the last 12 months.
Valid Email

Shows the proportion of members who are
verified, non-deleted, that have a valid
email address, accepts emails and is not in
the list of blocked email addresses.

Valid mobile phone number Shows the proportion of members who are
verified, non-deleted, that have a valid
phone number, accepts SMS marketing
and is not on the blocked list.
Unverified members Shows the number of members who are
not verified and not deleted.
Email opens in the last 30 days Shows the number of members who are
verified and have opened an email
during the last 30 days. Deleted
members count as long as their deletion
date is later than the chosen time period
(e.g. compared to last month).
Email clicks in the last 30 days Shows the number of members who are
verified and have clicked on a link in at
least one email during the last 30 days.
Deleted members count as long as their
deletion date is later than the chosen
time period (e.g. compared to last month).
NPS Shows the calculated NPS-value.

The report is calculated in the same way as the previous report, but the result is broken down per customer’s preferred shops. The result is shown in a list view and is not compared with the previous month or the corresponding month in the previous year.
