This group of reports calculates the most common key figures that you should follow. You can use these to understand where special efforts need to be made or to follow up on what effect your customer processing has had on purchases, store visits, or updating of contact information.

 

Financial KPI report

The purpose of this report is to give you an understanding of how the monetization of your contact base has developed over time. Metrics in this report are based on purchases made by your contacts.

The report consists of three pages, Rolling values, Lifecycle audiences, and Analyze. Read more about the Financial KPI report here.

Customer base report

The Customer base report will give you an overview of all your contacts. The focus of this report is to present an overview of how many contacts you can communicate with, how many of your contacts made a purchase, where in the customer lifecycle your contacts are, and to give an overview of the historical development.

Retail KPIs 12 months

The report presents current key figures as of today, as well as a comparison against the same time last month and year so that you can see the results in relation to something.

If you are a local administrator, you only see purchases from the customers’ preferred shop that you have access to. Read more about Retail KPIs 12 months here. 

Retail KPIs 12 months per store

The report is calculated in the same way as the previous report, but the results are broken down per preferred store. The results are shown in a list view and are not compared with the previous month or the corresponding month in the previous year.

Retail KPIs YTD

The report presents current key figures as of today, and a comparison with last year's end, so that you can see how far you have left to achieve similar results as last year.

Retail KPIs Previous year

The report presents a summary of key figures from the previous calendar year and a comparison with the year before that.

Register status

The report is based on approved members. You get a quick overview of how your registry is doing, as well as how the key figures stand compared to the previous month and the corresponding month in the previous year. Follow the key figures carefully and insert targeted efforts to continually improve those who are below your target figures. Read more about Register status here. 

Register status per store

The report is calculated in the same way as the previous report, but the result is broken down per customer’s preferred shops. The result is shown in a list view and is not compared with the previous month or the corresponding month in the previous year.
