This group of reports calculates the most common key figures that you should follow. You can use these to understand where special efforts need to be made or to follow up on what effect your customer processing has had on purchases, store visits, or updating of contact information.
Retail KPIs 12 months per store
The report is calculated in the same way as the previous report, but the results are broken down per preferred store. The results are shown in a list view and are not compared with the previous month or the corresponding month in the previous year.
Retail KPIs YTD
The report presents current key figures as of today, and a comparison with last year's end, so that you can see how far you have left to achieve similar results as last year.
Retail KPIs Previous year
The report presents a summary of key figures from the previous calendar year and a comparison with the year before that.
Register status per store
The report is calculated in the same way as the previous report, but the result is broken down per customer’s preferred shops. The result is shown in a list view and is not compared with the previous month or the corresponding month in the previous year.
