The contact cards in Engage are simple yet very powerful. They include all collected data linked to a specific contact and give you in-depth insight into the individual.
These are the accessible tabs on a contact card in Engage.
Overview
This page provides contact information, labels, customer loyalty (NPS), statistics, member information, GDPR, KPIs, and settings connected to the contact.
Messages
Shows a list of all messages sent to this specific contact, including both manually sent messages and messages generated from automations. You can check the delivery status for all messages and see what the SMS or email design looked like for this specific contact by clicking on the magnifying glass icon. You can also resend emails by clicking on the paper plane icon.
Change history
Provides a list of all changes registered on the contact.
Personal data extract
When the button is pressed, the system will collect all related data and generate a zip archive that is available to download. Read more about the personal data extract here.
Transaction history
This tab shows a list of the contact's transactions and statistics on the total purchase amount for this month, this year, the last 12 months, and the last 24 months (available if transactions are integrated).
Stamp card
This tab provides an overview of the contact's stamp card history and you have the possibility to manually add stamps to the customer's stamp card (available if stamp cards are configured).
The stamp cards feature will be deprecated. To replace it we’re introducing Challenges. A challenge will consist of a set number of different checkpoints, or stamps, each corresponding to a selected action or activity—or a purchase. When a customer has completed all activities, they have completed the challenge. This allows a wider use of the stamp card concept and provides a great way to encourage and reward desired behaviors. The Stamp card tab on the contact card will be replaced with a Challenges tab. Learn more about Challenges in this introductory article.
Consents
Engage has a contact attribute called the Consent field. This is part of supporting GDPR and the consent field has three options: yes/no/not set. If the consent field is mandatory, the consent has to be accepted in order to create a contract.
Target audiences
Here’s a list of all the target audiences, defined by your company, that the contact is part of.
Products of interest
Shows a list of the contact's products of interest, based on clicks on your website (available if Engage's Tracking Script is implemented on your website).
Promotions
A list of all promotions (multichannel promotions) provided to the contact and if/when they were redeemed (available if the promotions module is activated).
Reward points
Provides a list of the contact's reward points history and you have the possibility to adjust or add points to the specific contact (available if you have an active reward program in Engage).
Automations
Lists all automations that the contact is or has been active in. Read more here.
