Email statistics

All emails sent through Voyado will generate statistics so you can analyze each campaign and test your way to optimal results. The full statistics are not presented in real time and some time may have to elapse before the numbers become accurate.

As per the 13th of November 2020, Voyado will start to roll out aggregated email statistics for recipients and delivered emails. The data will be presented in the list view of sent emails as soon as recipients starts to receive the email as shown in the image below.

Individual statistics, such as unique recipients, unique opens and unique clicks, will be presented and ready to act on as soon as the statistics are calculated.

The numbers in the Delivered panel may require up to two hours before they become stable and relevant on individual level. Likewise, the Activity metrics needs at least 24 hours before they can be considered accurate.

Delivery

This panel allows you to act on contacts that have opened the email, or on contacts that have produced a hard or soft bounce as soon as the numbers are starting to show up and the act button is clickable Click here if you wish to know more about hard and soft bounces.

The Unknown status-number represents the percentage of contacts where the recipient mail server has not yet sent a response or where the mail server temporary blocked the delivery.
