All emails sent will generate statistics so you can analyze each campaign and test your way to optimal results. The statistics are not presented in real time and some time may have to elapse before the numbers become accurate. The numbers in the Delivered-panel may require up to two hours before they become stable and relevant. Likewise, the Activity metrics needs at least 24 hours before they can be considered accurate.
This panel allows you to act instantly on contacts that have opened the email, or on contacts that have produced a hard or soft bounce. Click here if you wish to know more about hard and soft bounces.
The Unknown status-number represents the percentage of contacts where the recipient mail server has produced an unknown response or where Voyado is yet to receive a response.
In this panel you may view and act on the following metrics:
Calculation: The number of unique recipients that has opened/The number of delivered emails

These statistics are found in the panel on the right hand side under the dropdown Anyone who received the mail (you can also choose Anyone who opened or Anyone who clicked). The statistics presented here show the impact of the message in purchasing metrics. These numbers are only available when transactional data is imported to Voyado.
All timeframes are calculated from the time when the message was sent (e.g. when time is set to 1 day it indicates exactly 24 hours from the time the message was sent). If a control group was used for the particular message the numbers for the control group will be presented in the right most column, making it easy to compare numbers between the two groups.
