To create a data extract, go to Contacts in the sidebar menu and look up the desired contact.
In the overview you can then create a data extract. It may take up to 30 minutes for the extract to be compiled.
When the extract is complete, it will be saved under the Registry Extract tab. All the data we have on the customer is saved as a zip archive and can be downloaded from here.
Under Administration there is a collection page for all registry extracts created and it is also possible to download registry extracts if there are any.
The file is exported as a CSV which you can open in Excel. If you are not sure how to do this, follow this guide: Loading CSV files in Excel.
