AI suggestions for SMS

You can get help with your SMS communication in Engage using our AI feature. This feature will give you inspiration based on your requirements for the message, and help you keep the message short enough to be sent as one SMS.

Creating SMS messages with AI

1. Click on New SMS in the SMS menu.
2. Click on Edit in the content panel.
3. Click on the AI suggestions button.
   
   
   
   
4. Accept the terms for using AI functionality by clicking OK, let's do it.
5. This opens the Generate suggestions view.
   
   
   
   
6. Add a description of your message in the What is your message about field.
7. You can choose to include a link and an opt-out message and set the language for the message. These are all optional.
8. When you are ready, click on the Generate SMS suggestions button.
9. You are presented with three different alternatives. Select the one that you like best and click on Use selected. The text is added to the content editor and you return to the SMS wizard.
   Alternatively you can make changes to the message description and generate new suggestions.
