If you use the Extended AI Component, the personal data in the services will be processed by Voyado for the purpose of enhancing the user experience with AI. The personal data may be used for, for example, AI assisted insights and strategy and AI assisted drafting tasks.
Insights with AI (BETA)
Voyado's AI chat assistant helps you understand KPIs and reports. When you use our AI assisted insights and strategy functionality, Voyado will process personal data, such as the user ID, timestamp and personal data you enter into the service (chat history). This data will be stored for 14 days from the time of interaction with the AI chat assistant.
Targeting by AI assisted targeting: Product affinity (BETA)
AI helps you get the right segments for product marketing. When using this AI assisted targeting functionality, Voyado will process personal data regarding purchases in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
Targeting by AI assisted targeting: Purchase personas
AI helps you prepare groups based on how recent (R), how frequent (F) and how much money (M) was involved in the purchase. When using this AI assisted targeting functionality, Voyado will process the personal data categories set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
Targeting by AI assisted targeting: Churn prediction audiences
AI prepares pre-packaged groups of people corresponding to specific intervals of Voyado’s predictive scoring of contacts in regards of their churn risk. When using this AI assisted targeting functionality, Voyado will process the personal data categories set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
Communication by AI assisted SMS creation
Use AI to generate short SMS messages that sell. When using AI assisted SMS creation, Voyado will process any personal data you insert into the service.
Communication by AI assisted A/B subject line test
Get help in generating variants of your subject line and A/B test more often. When using Voyado's AI assisted A/B subject line test, we will process personal data you insert into the service.
Onsite Messaging by AI assisted text, image and video creation (upcoming)
Proof of concept on AI tool for creating texts based on tonality of client's website and user input and for creating images/videos based on images/videos found on client's website and user input. When you use the AI assisted text, image and video creation, Voyado will process personal data you insert/upload into the service.
