Personalize product listings based on campaigns

Align your personalized email campaign with your e-com exposure. Adapt your ecom beyond a curated landing page, instead make sure every page view and search result is personalized based on the visitor's target audience.

Here’s how:

  1. Create target audiences in Engage based on product or product affinity, interest or other reasonable attributes that support your campaign or way to communicate.
  2. Create boosts in Elevate with relevant products for these audiences. Make sure to toggle on Measure impact of boost to be able to follow up on the effect.
  3. Design emails/modules for each audience.

Now, each audience will see the same, boosted products in the email and on your website.

Personalize product listings based on customer lifecycle

Treat visitors differently based on where in the customer lifecycle. A churning visitor, a VIP customer and a first-timer will value different experiences.

Here’s how you can make that happen:

  1. Create target audiences in Engage based on things like churn score, RFM, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) or other reasonable attributes that you have at your disposal in Engage.
  2. Create boosts in Elevate with relevant products for these audiences. It could be products in a certain price range, or products on sale or not. Make sure to toggle on “Measure impact of boost” to be able to follow up on the effect.
  3. Design emails/modules for each audience.

Personalize product listings based on replenishment

Tailor product listings to encourage replenishment and cross-selling. Do this by boosting products that contacts have purchased before but not again, or by highlighting complementary products.

Here’s how:

  1. Create target audiences in Engage based on previous purchases of specific products or categories
  2. Create boosts in Elevate with relevant products based on the purchase history. Make sure to toggle on “Measure impact of boost” to be able to follow up on the effect.
  3. Design emails/modules for each audience.

Personalize product listings based on demographics

Use your existing target audiences based on demographics such as gender or location to provide a more relevant shopping experience.

Here’s how:

  1. Create target audiences in Engage based on demographics such as gender, age and/or location
  2. Create boosts in Elevate with relevant products based on the audiences created. Make sure to toggle on “Measure impact of boost” to be able to follow up on the effect.
  3. Design emails/modules for each audience.

Personalize product listings based on Retail media

Customize product listings, search results and product recommendations based on retail media campaigns from your suppliers. Retail media campaigns can include banners onsite and in emails, and boosted products.

Tailor which products visitors are exposed to based on target audiences related to a specific supplier.

Here’s how:

  1. Agree on the commercial terms with your supplier, which could for example be cost per click, number of displays or a fixed price for a certain period.
  2. Create a target audience in Engage based on product, category or brand affinity, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), churn scores, or other reasonable attributes that support your campaign or way to communicate.
  3. Create boosts in Elevate with relevant products for the audiences in question. Make sure to toggle on Track impact of boost to be able to follow up on the effect.
  4. After the boost time is up, share the report with your supplier and review the result.
