Resend email to a contact

If a customer hasn't received a requested email, such as an order confirmation, you can resend it via the Messages tab on the contact card.

Find the contact in question, go to the Messages tab, and locate the email you want to resend. Click on the paper plane icon and then confirm in the popup.

The email will be sent to the contact’s current email address, and the content will be the same.
