Help to solve and resend lost customer emails just got easier
Sometimes, emails don't reach their intended destination. It can be that the email was input wrong, the inbox is full, or a number of other reasons.
We have just added this information on the contact card messages tab. Making it easy for a customer service person to help answer questions such as "Why have I not received my order confirmation?".
And even better, once the issue has been solved, sending the message again is just a click of the button away.
