The "Register status" report is based on approved contacts and provides a quick overview of how your registry is doing, as well as how your key figures stand compared to the previous day, week, or months. Follow these numbers carefully and make targeted efforts to regularly improve them if they are below your set target.

You can filter the table by target audience and contact type. When filtered by target audience, we look at the included contacts' history.

In the upper right corner of the report table, you can click the cog wheel icon to select which columns to review. By clicking the headlines, you can sort the numbers.

The report consists of data from the past 2 years.

Number of contacts

This column consists of the number of non-deleted contacts as of the last day in the period.

If you filter on target audience, we look at the active contacts in the target audience as of the last day of the grouped-by period. For example, choosing "Month" will show the contacts active in the target audience as of the last day of each month.

New contacts

Number of contacts recruited this day, week, or month.

Deleted contacts

Number of contacts that have been deleted. Note that if you've filtered the report based on target audience, deleted contacts will not be visible, as the information about the target audience to which a deleted contact belonged is no longer available.

Change in number of contacts

Shows the change in your contact database regarding the total number of contacts from one month to another.

NPS

Calculated NPS value for the period.

Email subscribers opt-in

All contacts who have opted in to receiving emails during the period. It is based on the information on the contact card, “Accepts email”.

Email subscribers opt-out

All contacts who have opted out of receiving emails during the period. It is based on the information on the contact card, “Accepts email”.

Total reachable contacts by email

Based on the contacts who do not have a suppression reason (for example, hard bounce) and if they can receive emails.

SMS subscribers opt-in

All contacts who have opted in to receiving SMS during the period. It is based on the information on the contact card, “Accepts sms”.

SMS subscribers opt-out

All contacts who have opted out of receiving SMS during the period. It is based on the information on the contact card, “Accepts sms”.

Total reachable contacts by SMS

Based on contacts who do not have a suppression reason (for example, hard bounce) and if they can receive sms.
