This article introduces you to the reports ‘Register status’ and ‘Register status per store’.

The Register status report is based on approved contacts and provides a quick overview of how your registry is doing as well as how your key figures stand compared to the previous day, week, or months. Follow these numbers carefully and make targeted efforts to regularly improve them if they are below your set target.

You can filter the table on your target audiences and contact types. In the upper right corner of the report table, you can click the cog wheel icon to select which columns to review. By clicking the headlines, you can sort the numbers. You can also group the data by day, week, or month.

Metrics

Number of contacts

Number of non-deleted contacts.

New contacts

Number of contacts recruited this day, week, or month.

Deleted contacts

Number of contacts that has been deleted. Please note that if you've filtered the report based on target audience, deleted contacts will not be visible, as the information about the target audience to which a deleted contact belonged is no longer available.

Change in number of contacts

Gives you the change in your contact database regarding the total number of contacts from one month to another.

NPS

Calculated NPS value.

Opened

Percentage of unique contacts that have opened an email during a specific day, week, or month.
Deleted contacts count given that their deletion date is later than the selected time span, e.g., compared to last month.

Clicked

Percentage of contacts that have clicked an email during a specific day, week, or month.

Deleted contacts count given that their deletion date is later than the selected time span, e.g., compared to last month.

Register status per current store

The Register status per current store report is calculated in the same way as the previous report, but the numbers are broken down per preferred store. Also, valid email addresses and phone numbers are calculated. The results are shown in a list view and are not compared with the previous month or the corresponding month in the previous year.

New contacts

Number of non-deleted contacts today that have the specified store as their preferred store.

New contacts

Number of contacts recruited this month.

NPS

Calculated NPS value for contacts today that have the specified store as their preferred store.

Valid emails

Percentage of contacts with a valid email address, that accept emails and are not on the blocklist of email addresses.

Valid mobile phone number

Percentage of contacts with a valid phone number, that accept SMS marketing and are not on the SMS blocklist.

Valid email and phone number

Percentage of contacts with a valid email address and phone number, that accept email and SMS marketing and are not on any blocklist.

Opened an email the last 30 days

Percentage of unique contacts that have opened an email during the last 30 days.

Clicked an email the last 30 days

Percentage of contacts that have clicked an email during the last 30 days.
