The Monthly reporting collection offers the possibility to monitor assorted KPIs and compare the numbers to previous months. This article introduces you to the reports ‘Register status’ and ‘Register status per store’.
The Register status report is based on approved members and provides a quick overview of how your registry is doing as well as how your key figures stand compared to previous months. Follow these numbers carefully and make targeted efforts to regularly improve them if they are below your set target. In the upper right corner of the report table, you can sort the numbers in ascending or descending order, or by label.
Metrics
Number of members
Number of non-deleted members today.
New members this month
Number of members recruited this month.
Opened email within the last 30 days
Percentage of members that have opened an email over the last 30 days.
Deleted members count given that their deletion date is later that the selected time span, e.g., compared to last month.
Clicked an email within the last 30 days
Percentage of members that have clicked on a link in at least one email over the last 30 days.
Deleted members count given that their deletion date is later that the selected time span, e.g., compared to last month.
Made purchases within the last 12 months
Percentage of members that have purchased at least once within the last year.
NPS
Calculated NPS value.
Register status per current store
The Register status per current store report is calculated in the same way as the previous report, but the numbers are broken down per preferred store. Also, valid email addresses and phone numbers are calculated. The results are shown in a list view and are not compared with the previous month or the corresponding month in the previous year.
Valid emails
Percentage of contacts with a valid email address, that accept emails and are not on the blocklist of email addresses.
Valid mobile phone number
Percentage of contacts with a valid phone number, that accept SMS marketing and are not on the SMS blocklist.
Valid email and phone number
Percentage of contacts with a valid email address and phone number, that accept email and SMS marketing and are not on any blocklist.
